The Day Nursery offer breakfast, lunch, tea and snack during the 8:00am - 6:00pm day. Morning sessions include breakfast and lunch whilst afternoon sessions include tea. Meals offered are subject to your child’s sessions.
Breakfast consists of different cereal options nd is offered between 8:00am and 8:20am.
Two fresh fruit snacks are offered to the children during the morning and afternoon.
Lunch is served between 11:30am and12:15pm and tea between 3:15pm and 3:45pm. Lunch and tea menus are alternated on a three week basis.

We ask families to bring a supply of labelled spare clothes, this is because your child will be exploring with paint, glue, clay, water and sand. Due to the very nature of nursery, it is likely that children will get messy during the day.
Depending on the age of your child, parents are asked to provide: nappies, wipes, sun cream, sun hat, coat, formula milk, sleep bag (for under 1’s) and any comforters that your child may need.
Yes, for our youngest children we discuss your child’s routine with you during your first settle session.
For all other children they have the opportunity to rest after lunch time, in an age appropriate environment.

Children must be bought in and collected by an adult (a person over the age of 16 years). Children will not be discharged/handed over into the care of a unknown adult. Where a child will be collected by someone unknown to us, you will need to provide us with their name and a password which will be checked by a member of staff.
Please keep children at home for 48 hours following sickness or diarrhoea. If your child becomes ill during the day we will contact you to collect your child as soon as possible.
We are only able to administer medicine which has been prescribed by a doctor and your written consent provided.
Yes, all children have free access between the indoor and outdoor environments so that they can access all the learning opportunities on offer.
The Day Nursery offers places for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years subject to availability.
Yes show arounds are currently offered on Friday afternoons between 2:30 to 3:30pm, alternative days and times will be considered. Please contact us by telephone 020 8876 3976 (option2) or via email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in booking.
We ask that families complete a registration of interest form. Once availability and a start date is confirmed there is a non-refundable registration fee of £66.00 to secure your child/children’s place.
Once your child/children’s place is confirmed a member of staff will be in touch to book in settling in sessions prior to the confirmed start date. We offer between 3-5 settling in sessions for children. These support families and children in forming relationships and adjusting to the nursery routine. The sessions are between 1 to 2 hours. We will discuss additional sessions that may be needed subject to a family’s needs.
Invoices are issued on or around the 16th of the month for the following month and payment is required in full by the 1st of each month. We accept student finance, Government funding and child care vouchers.
We offer term time only places through our Government funded 2 year old places. Families are welcome to have their children attend in term time only however, charges will remain, as the Day Nursery does not offer holiday entitlement.
Your child will learn through a hands on approach where they will have opportunities to immerse themselves in a range of exciting first hand experiences. They will learn through their interests and play which are scaffolded and built on in the moment but a group of experienced Early Years professionals.
Children are supported through a mixture of play and adult led experiences. Planned experiences, as well as the role of the adult in children’s play, support children with the achievement of their next steps. Our established key person approach builds strong home and nursery partnerships in order to discuss and agree on any specific support that may be needed for your child.
